The Beck Group Relocating to Thanksgiving Tower in 2019

The Beck Group, the integrated architecture and construction firm, announced it is relocating its headquarters to Thanksgiving Tower in downtown Dallas in 2019.

The firm, which is currently headquartered on Ross Avenue in Dallas’ arts district, knew it wanted to remain in downtown Dallas because of the thriving environment of the neighborhood.

“We are committed to downtown Dallas. Being here allows us to be close to clients and provides our people with an incredible range of amenities, both inside of Thanksgiving Tower or just steps away,” said Beck CEO, Fred Perpall.

When it came time to identifying available office space, Thanksgiving Tower was a natural choice. The firm managed construction of the office building’s lobby and plaza renovations in 2017.

“Beck is a storied and highly-respected organization in Dallas and a trusted partner of ours, and it is a pleasure to welcome them back to Thanksgiving Tower, now as a tenant,” said Jonas Woods of Woods Capital, “Beck’s commitment, given their high standards, is further affirmation of the vitality of the neighborhood and the tasteful architectural design and construction quality of Thanksgiving Tower.”

The Beck office on Ross Avenue currently holds over 200 employees. Its new space in Thanksgiving Tower will encompass multiple floors and also factors in more square footage to accommodate the firm’s projected growth.
