Woods Capital Announces WeWork Signs Lease at Thanksgiving Tower

Woods Capital is pleased to announce that WeWork, the platform for creators that provides space, community and services, has committed to opening its second Dallas location in Thanksgiving Tower. New York-based WeWork has leased three floors in the newly renovated office tower and expects to open the 84,000-square-foot office in spring of 2017.

WeWork offers beautiful, collaborative spaces for teams of any size. WeWork’s space within Thanksgiving Tower will take advantage of the buildings’ completely transformed aesthetic, which includes striking glass, abundant light and dramatic views in the heart of Downtown Dallas vibrant Main Street district.

Dallas-based Woods Capital acquired Thanksgiving Tower in 2013 and has spent more than $35 million on significant curb-to-core renovations on the property over the last 24 months.
