Woods Capital Assumes Management of Thanksgiving Tower

Woods Capital recently assumed all property management duties for Thanksgiving Tower, an iconic 50-story office building located in the Main Street district of downtown. Dallas-based Woods Capital, in partnership with Third Point Opportunities Master Fund, acquired Thanksgiving Tower in 2013 and has undertaken significant curb-to-core renovations on the property over the last 24 months.

Building upon its reputation of creating long-term value, Woods Capital will combine best-in-class management services with an ownership mindset and apply that strategy to all facets of property management including financial and capital planning, budgeting and reporting.
