Veritas Advisory Group, Inc. Expands and Extends Lease at Thanksgiving Tower

Veritas Advisory Group, Inc. has signed a long-term 19,166 square foot expansion and extension for its Dallas office at Thanksgiving Tower. Veritas provides forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert witness testimony to clients in a variety of industries including: banking, construction, energy, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

At Thanksgiving Tower, a $38 million infrastructure, lobby and plaza area renovation is currently underway and is scheduled for completion by year end. Improvements include HVAC replacement, thermal storage tank refurbishment, elevator modernization, podium redevelopment and various other infrastructure and cosmetic improvements.

“After a thorough examination of the CBD, Veritas determined Thanksgiving Tower’s solid ownership and extensive renovation aligned with its long term goals for the firm’s headquarters,” said Mr. Green.
